Export Exchange Database to PST Using PowerShell Command Line Tool

I would suggest this method only to that user who has good knowledge about the PowerShell Command Line Tool.

• Add-Snap in PowerShell by Using PSSnapin Microsoft.exchange.management.powershell.e2010
• Now, Create a Separate folder and Rename
• Open the Properties of that folder and Select Share Folder.
• Specify Read/Write Permission and click on Share
• Copy the Path of Share Folder and save it to the Notepad.
• In the PowerShell Run the command and after the task is completed, you can view the PST files in that folder.
• New>MailboxExportRequest >Mailbox MailboxName >FilePath EnterFilePath

So once you convert the file to PST you can easily access them. You can view all the contents present on the file.

Export Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013/2016 Mailbox via Exchange Admin Centre

• Create a Shared Folder where you want to migrate Mailbox.
• In the Permission Tab Set Shared and Security
• Set Export permission to Mailbox by following the below steps:-
• Open EAC and select Choose the EDB files that you want to export to PST.
• Click on Mailbox Import Export and Add Files.
• In the Role, Section Click on Add Select Mail Import Export in a new page and click OK.
• After importing now you should export Mailbox Data into PST. Follow the steps given below:-
• Launch EAC and choose Mailboxes
• From the Displayed list select the mailbox which you want to export to PST.
• Make a Right Click on the Mailbox and choose Export to a PST File.
• Browse the location and export the file.
• This will be the path of exported PST file \\server\folder\pst.
